Questions about cost

If yours isn’t here, ask us on WhatsApp. A person replies, usually the same day.

How does Fintax charge?

You pay the plan fee once and the state’s filing fee at cost, with nothing added to it. Anything optional, such as an ITIN or trademark, is quoted separately and only charged if you ask for it.

What do I pay from year two?

Your state’s yearly fee, which the calculator above shows, plus $99 a year to keep your registered agent and U.S. address. There is no other yearly charge from Fintax unless you add a service.

What do I have to file each year?

Usually two things. Most states want a short yearly report, with a fee. And if you own the company on your own and live outside the U.S., the IRS expects a yearly form called Form 5472, even in a year with no sales. We send reminders before every deadline, and we can file for you.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. You pay the difference between the two plans, and we prepare the extra documents and setups for you.
